My post today is on Thriftys Ice Cream, Not many of you had these around because everyone I have talked to(except my family) hasnt heard of it. Thriftys Ice cream is located in the drug stores in southern California. Everyday that my Grandpa had me after school or even on the weekends, we would always take a trip to Thriftys. We would always order Ice cream cones and the best part about it was that Grandpa ALWAYS let me pick any flavor and as many scoops as I wanted!! 
We would always walk around the store and eventually finish them outside! It was the best, I remember him ALWAYS getting rocky road and I was always between rainbow sherbert and chocolate chip!! mmmm! I want some Ice Cream now!! I know my Grandma probably took me sometimes but I dont ever remember her there. I loved Grandpa to pick me up from school because I knew with out fail rain or shine, freezing or scorching we would always go to Thriftys! I have never met any type of addicted person to anything but my Grandpa was a HUGE addict to Ice Cream! Now that I am craving Ice Cream and I have to figure a way to get it, I better go! I hope I have put you all in a mood for some ice cream!! Happy Licking!
